Education is the gateway to success for all children, regardless of race, creed, nationality, religion, or orientation. A specific function of the Ohio Migrant Education Center (OMEC) is to assist school districts that serve migrant children in their effort to create a learning environment that will foster success. The Center has supplemental materials available for teachers to use with their ESL migrant population.
